Growth Track is for anyone who wants to learn more about The Outpour, become more connected, discover their God-given gifts, or find a place to serve.

Whether you're brand new or you've been attending for a while, Growth Track is a great next step.

Not at all!

You don't have to become a member or join a team to belong here. You're welcome to attend, worship, grow, and be part of our community.

Growth Track is simply an intentional next step for those who are ready to go deeper and become more involved in the life and mission of The Outpour.

Growth Track is our primary pathway to joining the Dream Team.

We want serving to be more than filling an open position. Growth Track helps us get to know you while helping you discover your gifts, personality, passions, and strengths so we can work together to find a healthy place for you to serve.

Certain teams may also require additional training, background checks, auditions, or other requirements before serving.

The Spiritual Gifts Assessment is designed to help you identify some of the ways God may have gifted you to serve others and build His Church.

DISC is a personality assessment that can help you better understand how you naturally communicate, interact with others, approach challenges, and work within a team.

Neither assessment defines you. They're simply tools that can help start a conversation about how God uniquely designed you.

That's exactly why Growth Track exists.

You don't need to walk in knowing where you belong. We'll help you explore your gifts, interests, skills, and experience and introduce you to opportunities that may be a good fit.

Step 4 also gives you an opportunity to experience a team before settling into a serving role.

That's okay.

Finding your place sometimes takes time. Our goal isn't to keep you in a position that isn't a healthy fit.

Talk with your team leader or one of our pastors, and we'll help you explore another opportunity where your gifts can flourish.
